About Us
Welcome to our small, home-based cattery specializing in breeding and showing pedigreed Ragdoll and Minuet cats since 2017, located in the beautiful Vancouver, Canada. As a registered member of The International Cat Association (TICA), we are dedicated to producing beautiful, healthy, and well-socialized Ragdolls with sweet appearances and exceptional temperaments.
Our Kings and Queens come from championship bloodlines and are adopted from reputable breeders worldwide. We believe that genetics, environment, and socialization all play a vital role in raising sweet and affectionate kittens, so we ensure that all of our cats are well-cared for in a loving and nurturing environment. Our kittens are raised in our home with lots of love and attention and are well socialized with our family members, including our dog. We are living the dream of being surrounded by our dolls and feel blessed to have them in our lives.
I am particularly interested in cat genetics, behaviour, nutrition and healthy breeding and have taken several advanced courses on these topics. In my spare time I'm doing a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine while taking online courses at the Campus Felinarium. I am pursuing an ongoing learning on G3 Pawpeds Course as I have passed the first two. These international online courses are designed for cat lovers and cat breeders to study cat behaviour, cat care and knowledge of cat breeding.
Selective Breeding
At our cattery, the health and well-being of our loving babies is of utmost importance to us. We prioritize testing all of our breeding cats for genetic disorders such as HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) and PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), which can lead to heart and kidney failure in cats. Additionally, we ensure that all of our cats test negative for FeLV and FIV (Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).
We are committed to providing our customers with the peace of mind that comes with knowing their new furry family member is healthy and happy. That's why we offer a 2-year health guarantee against any genetic disorders that may arise. We are always here to provide lifetime support and advice to our customers, so they can continue to provide their beloved feline companions with the best possible care.
Continuing Education
I have a deep passion for cat genetics, behavior, nutrition, and ethical breeding practices. To enhance my expertise, I have completed advanced courses on these subjects and earned a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
In my spare time, I have pursued specialized online programs tailored for cat enthusiasts and breeders, focusing on feline behavior, care, and breeding knowledge.
Living Space
We live in a 4,000 sqft single-family home with a garden, where every room is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, and a fresh air ventilation system. Our Ragdoll Kings enjoy a large, dedicated room filled with cat trees, toys, and plenty of daily love and attention. Our queens have unrestricted access to the entire house. We take pride in providing an environment where our cats live as cherished members of our family.
Kindergarten
As each litter graduates from the kitten nursery at about 4 weeks old, they will be litter trained in kindergarten with their mothers. We keep the queens and kittens in this secure and safe environment until the kittens are old enough to explore the house and play underfoot.
Kitten Play Room
We love our dolls and aim to create a safe, fun, and entertaining environment for them. They can safely play and explore in the kitten play room when not out playing around the house with us. They are raised as cherished members of our family until they become a member of yours.
Our Dog
Taylor is a 11 year old Golden Retriever. He has been the one and only dog in the family since he was 8 weeks old. He is an energy bomb and the most affectionate cuddler of the fur babies. Our cat has grown up with Taylor together. He helps so much with the kitten socialization and is very gentle when playing with them.
